I’ve long maintained that having a little sadistic streak must be what separates good romance writers from the rest, and Tracy Sumner definitely has it, torturing the reader for chapters and chapters in which the hero and heroine come so very close to making love and are thwarted at the last possible, heart-pounding moment. The scene in which they finally do come together, though, is well worth the wait. It has all the heat you might want wrapped up in tenderness and emotion.”
